Brimstone recreation is a rip off. This is two consecutive events that I have bought over priced tickets for concerts that I didn't get to see. The whitenuckle event they made us leave the event due to weather and didn't bother to notify anyone when the concert resumed. The pargon event was a no show but reschedule it on Friday two weeks later. I guess us working people want get to see that concert. They said we could attend for free. Paying $100.00 to see them in the first place does not seem to free if you ask me
Great place, friendly staff. Trails were well marked and maintained. Went up to the overlook area for a great view.
We stayed at the ( Garage Cabin ) It was set up nice & clean too. We brought our kiddos & Grandson out they had blast. Everyone we came across was friendly & the trails were in good shape. We even attend ( Brother Osborne ) concert.. That was great turn out. The only downside is not enough ( Vendors ) Staff was very nice.. I personally think it's good set up. Ya they could add few lil things. Little Store in the back by the camp sites.. Some people don't like loading up there ( Toys ) while there dirty.. ( Power Washer ) We will continue to come out Support Brimstone with our family & friends.. And meet New Friends also.. Good Times... See y'all soon on the next ride..
Been here 3 times now. Overall ok trails but very rocky. Rattle your insides rocky. I expects some of that and would give the trail riding experience higher rating, but it is expensive for what it is. Sure lots of trails but still over priced per person for a family of 4 in a single utv. The campgrounds are terrible. Seems they are all the same too. $30-35 seems normal these days for a night but the campgrounds are little more than gravel parking lots with electric and water. You are piled on top of each other. The noise and music all night long from other campers is hard if you have a young family. It is 11pm right now and people are outside with gas powered pressure washers running, washing their atvs and listening to music. Not to mention everyone washes all the mud right into the middle of camp ground. So the next people are sitting in mud. The shower house is like a sweat box with coin operated showers. Last major problem is customer service. I live 6 hours drive away. I called 7 times in the last two weeks trying to reserve a camp site. Nobody answers the phone. I decided to come without resevations and while checking in one person was on the phone and the young male sat there while the phone rang off the hook, when the lady asked him to help answer it he said, no it was 5pm. It was still 4minutes till and she said it was 2 minutes till and it had been ringing for the 10 minutes i was standing there. I would fire that guy if it was me. The lady was doing all the work and he just sat there. Guessing owners son or something. I just know he wouldnt be working for me. Now i lnow why 7 calls over two weeks with no answer and no return calls.
Best OHV park in the country!
